Returns & Exchanges

At Petal & Pup, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all eligible full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a store credit via a digital gift card.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
